At Glasgow Taxis Ltd we pride ourselves on the priority service provided to our taxi account customers.

With a business account with Glasgow Taxis you and your staff will be safe and secure, with a reliable taxi service available for business travel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Instead of petty cash vouchers and unreadable receipts for business taxi journeys, you will receive a fully itemised monthly invoice which will detail the time and dates of taxi journeys, the name of the person travelling, the destination, and the charge incurred.

Charges are based on the metered rate as set by Glasgow City Council, and out-of-area taxi journeys to destinations such as Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen can be agreed in advance.

When a business account is opened you will be provided with an account code and a four-digit PIN number, which must be quoted when you book a taxi and which gives you the flexibility to jump on a taxi in the street and charge it to your account. (Each department within your company can be provided with a separate PIN, which allows your accounts staff to easily check each department’s spend.)

Taxis are used mainly for the transportation of people but for a small additional charge, we can deliver small, unaccompanied parcels and letters.

We also offer other services, which include extended credit facilities to cover Edinburgh, Birmingham and London. (Details are available on request.)

You have the option to book taxis through our new interactive voice booking facility (IVR) using your telephone touch tone keypad.
