Supporting Yorkhill Children’s Charity

Glasgow Taxis Ltd from Yorkhill hospital has generously supported Yorkhill Children’s Charities, by providing transport for patients, families and staff to the new Royal Hospital on the Southern General Campus in Govan. The management of Glasgow Taxis Ltd has paid tribute to the drivers who volunteered to support this worthwhile venture.

A Yorkhill Children’s Charity spokesman, said: “We would like to say a massive thank you to Glasgow Taxis and the four kind-hearted drivers who helped the shuttle patients, their families and staff from Yorkhill to the new children’s hospital last month, without taking a single penny.”

“Around 300 people were helped out over the course of a couple of days and we are incredibly grateful for this wonderful gesture from the team at Glasgow Taxi Ltd.”

As a continuous supporter of Yorkhill Children’s Charity, Glasgow Taxis Ltd is regularly involved in its fundraising events.
