Glasgow Taxis are the largest supplier of Hackney Taxis in Scotland with over 900 licensed Glasgow taxis, and have a continually growing fleet of Mercedes vehicles within our chauffeur division, providing a wedding car solution for everyone.

Hackney taxis are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to the traditional wedding car, turning heads as it travels the streets of Glasgow. Our taxis have extra-large opening doors, spacious passenger compartment more legroom than any standard wedding car and more than enough room for your dress not to get creased however big it is.

We have a great selection of wedding taxis & cars available. For example, beautifully presented SILVER, WHITE AND BLACK Hackney Taxis, all presented with Ribbons & Flowers, or Elegant Silver Mercedes Saloons or Silver Mercedes Vianio’s, perfect solution for Groomsmen or Bridesmaids.

We will include silk type flowers (front), ribbons, decorated silk type flowers on the rear shelf on all) our wedding Taxis & Cars.

Taxi Package 1 – Wedding Ceremony Only – £165

This package is perfect for occasions when only the Bride or Groom require to be transported to wedding venue, with no transfers required following the ceremony. Your vehicle will arrive promptly dressed beautifully for the occasion and transfer you in comfort to your wedding venue to say your “I do’s” before wishing you well and departing.

Taxi Package 2 – Registry Office or similar venue & Reception Location – £190

This package provides a fully inclusive wedding transportation package, transferring the Bride or Groom require from their pick up location to wedding venue, remaining on site for the ceremony finishing and transferring the newlyweds to their reception venue. Your driver will be happy to
make a short stop along the route to the reception location for photographs if required.

The vehicle would be with you for upto 1 hour and 30 mins included in the price of this package over the course of all transfers (typically 30 mins home to venue, 30 mins wait during ceremony, 30 mins to reception location).

Taxi Package 3 – Full Church Service & Reception – £205

This fully inclusive wedding package transfers the Bride or Groom from their pick up location to their Church Wedding Ceremony, the vehicle remains onsite for the duration of the church service before transferring the newlyweds to their reception venue. With this package we provide a complimentary 30 minute stop for photographs on route to your wedding reception venue.

The vehicle would be with you for upto 2 hours and 30 minutes included in the price of this package over the course of all transfers (typically 30 mins home to venue, 60 mins ceremony, 30 mins for photographs, 30 mins to reception location)

Terms

As part of the packages above, the vehicle will only carry out 1 transfer to each location and will not run a shuttle service between any of the locations booked. In the event your wedding ceremony & reception are located within a 5 minute drive from each other and you require a shuttle service please contact us for further information and options.

For the transfer of wedding guests, we can provide alternative transport options such as a convoy of taxis or coaches. Please contact us for more information.

Please Note: It is essential that you obtain permission from Glasgow City Council or other relevant property/land owner before photography will be allowed on their property.

To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per vehicle is required with the outstanding balance due to later than 21 days prior to date of wedding. Please note, an enquiry does not constitute a booking until deposit is received.
